Role

Software Engineer 

Skycart is looking for a software engineer to join our team and work on our mobile app and several other front-end and/or back-end projects.   You’ll be working directly with and learning from our Director of Software and Informatics, Stephen Enright.

Experience

Full software lifecycle experience a plus

• Experience with drones preferable

• Worked on mobile apps

• Worked on backend (cloud) software

• Mostly used: C,C++,C#, Python, Golang (GO), Java, REST API, Android development kit, React, Flutter, Elastic Search, Microservices, Security

Education

Masters degree preferred

• Good academic GPA 

• Graduate from top-tier university is a plus (ie: UC Berkeley, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, California Institute of Technology, Stanford, Harvard, Cornell, Yale)

• Worked on many relevant projects and describes the projects on an intimate level (drone experience, Single Page Application in react)

• Know most: C,C++, Python, Golang (GO), Java, REST API, Android development kit, React, Flutter, Elastic Search, Microservices, Security

• Most important: Go (or golang), Java, React and Android development
